Jonglei State and Centre of Central Equatoria are anticipated Heavy Rainfall over 200 mm, exceeding the top 20% on record.

Moderate Rainfall:

Rainfall between 50 -200 mm, exceeding the top 10% on record is anticipated over most States of South Sudan.

Light rainfall:

Rainfall less than 50 mm is anticipated over the southern parts of Western Bahar el Gazal State and some pocket in the Northern parts of Western Equatoria State.

Highlights:

From July 9 to July 16, 2025, the average Temperature is expected to range between 20°C and 28°C over most parts of South Sudan. At the same time, Eastern Equatoria’s southern parts are expected to have less than 20°C.
